TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
-
TALKS: Talks are given by representatives of Indigenous communities. Each session includes a presentation on the history, traditions, art, and worldview of each community, as well as a space for questions and discussion.
Talks can be held in the museum-shop or in other spaces by prior arrangement.
-
WORKSHOPS: The workshops are hands-on and taught by Indigenous artisans, where participants can learn traditional techniques from different Indigenous communities. Workshops include topics such as basketry, pottery, painting, and other traditional arts.
Each workshop lasts approximately 2 to 2:30 hours and includes materials, live demonstrations, and the creation of a handcrafted piece. Workshops are held in the museum store or in other locations by appointment.
