Artisanal product of the Quitirrisí indigenous territory, Huetar indigenous people, located in the canton of Mora.

National shipments are made through Pymeexpress de Correo de Costa Rica. The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the package, for example: the GAM 250 g has a value of ₡ 2000 and ₡ 2500 to the rest of the country. 1 kg in the GAM has a value of ₡ 3000 and ₡ 3500 to the rest of the country.
International shipments are made via DHL or EMS Courier. The cost of the shipment is determined by the logistics provider to choose, the value of this varies depending on the weight of the package and the destination location. The time varies from 2 to 30 business days.

If for any reason the package containing your order is open when it is delivered, please do not accept it and write to us at email@example.com with your order number to review the merchandise with the supplier before delivering it.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In case of making a return, the customer must cover the shipping costs to send us the product that he wants to return.
Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we proceed with the return of money, this process will take as long as the bank processor lasts and may generate additional expenses, according to the bank.
You can also request a gift card for the amount of the refund and you will have 6 months to redeem in our online store.
